This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit and any related platform domains (the “Site”). Effective Date: January 1st 2020

Additionally, when you complete an Order Form and make a payment, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”


When you, or a user you invite, completes an Exit Interview Form, we collect information that has been entered in that form.  This information is stored in a separate database hosted on AWS Servers in London, UK and is only used to provide analytics through the Site, and is not made accessible to third parties.

If you have received an Exit Form, please note that we are a “Data Processor” processing this data on behalf of the company that has sent you this form. We suggest you carefully read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the company or person that sent you the Exit Form, as those are the controllers of your personal data. If you have any doubts, please contact that person or company.

Client companies are responsible for the security, usage and integrity of their respondents Personal Information, and for obtaining consents, permissions and providing any fair processing notices required for the collection and usage of such information.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information (including the time limited WFH Survey Information) for which we are the “Data Controller”.


When you, or a user you invite, completes a WFH Survey Form, we collect information that has been entered in that form.  This information is stored in a separate database hosted on AWS Servers in London, UK and is only used to provide analytics through the Site, and is not made accessible to third parties.

If you complete a WFH Form, please note that we are a “Data Controller” and will not be sharing your Personal Information with any Third Party outside of what is listed below. Additionally when making insights available to a specific organisation, no Personal Information will be provided and results will be aggregated to prevent identification of an individual.


We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. If you cancel or fail to renew an existing contract with us, data on your company and any associated respondents will be deleted within 3 months if there has not been any request to maintain this data.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
